Ben Leonard, the executive director of the Nicollet County Historical Society, has generated a model of the proposed $130,000 central exhibit for the Treaty Site History Center in St. Peter. The Legislature has approved $75,000 for the long-sought centerpiece for the historic site where the Treaty of Traverse des Sioux was signed.
