— A story on page 1A Oct. 23 about an orderly annexation agreement between Mankato and Lime Township needs clarification. The story reported that a group of township residents asked the Township Board to assume planning authority duties rather than the current system in which Mankato handles those duties. The residents did ask the Township Board to institute a

moratorium on future mining operations but did not ask them to take over planning authority.
