— The story "Piepho, Wood exhibit different styles," on Page B1 Oct. 31 misstated the duration of Caroline Wood's Air Force service. She was in the

Air Force for 15 years, not 12 years. In addition, Wood says she acted in self-defense when she shot her neighbor's dog.
