A story on Page B1 of Sunday’s Free Press, “The ins and outs of how, where to vote,” contained incomplete information on one of the documents voters can use when registering to vote on Election Day. Voters with an ID that is expired or has an outdated address can us the ID plus a rent statement to prove their residency in a precinct — but only if the rent statement lists that utilities are paid as part of the rent.
