Art Exhibits Feb. 14-20

Arts Center of St. Peter — Third annual Prairie Lakes Regional Arts Council/McKnight Artist Grantee Exhibition through Sunday at 315 S. Minnesota Ave., St. Peter. Hours: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 1-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Blue Earth County Historical Society’s Heritage Center — An exhibit of works by Terri DeGezelle through March at 415 Cherry St., Mankato. Reception for “Sojourner of Gratitude” 5-7 p.m. Feb. 21. Hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Brown County Historical Society Museum — U.S. Army-Dakota War of 1862 display at 2 N. Broadway, New Ulm. Hours: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

Carnegie Art Center —  “Only a Motion Away: The Mother/Child/Teacher/Student Reunion”, works by Marybeth Coyle, Meredith Fredericks, Hope Cook and Elspeth Carlstrom, and art by Carnegie Education Program participants through Feb. 23 at 120 S. Broad St. Hours: 1-7 p.m. Thursday, 1- 4 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.

Centennial Student Union Gallery — Samantha Allen’s exhibit “Sex and Violence” through Wednesday in lower level of MSU Student Union. Hours: 6:30 a.m. to midnight Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to midnight Saturday and 10 a.m. to midnight Sunday.

Conkling Gallery, MSU — Printmaking exhibit by Wichita State University assistant professor Humberto Saenz through Feb. 26 at 139 Nelson Hall. Hours: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.

Emy Frentz Arts Guild Gallery — Mixed media works by Wells native Melisse Treptow through Wednesday at 523 S. Second St., Mankato. Hours: Noon to 4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and 4-8 p.m. Thursday.

North Mankato Taylor Library — Lifeworks exhibition this month at 1001 Belgrade Ave. Exhibit may be viewed during library hours: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday.

The 410 Project — Annual juried exhibition through Sunday at 523 S. Front St. Hours 2-6 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.

Ylvisaker Fine Arts Center — Works by Minnesota ceramist Tom Abel through Feb. 22 at 700 Luther Drive, Bethany Lutheran College. Hours: 1-9 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday and 1-8 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Waseca Art Center — “As I See Myself: The Creative Self-Portrait” this month at center’s new location, 200 State Street North. Hours: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and 10 a. m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
