Blue Earth County Historical Society’s Heritage Center —  Works by American Indian artists on display this month at 415 Cherry St., Mankato. Hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday and Thursday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Brown County Historical Society Museum — U.S. Army-Dakota War of 1862 display this month at 2 N. Broadway, New Ulm. Hours: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

Emy Frentz Arts Guild Gallery — Drawings by Jeremy Osborne through Jan. 9 at 523 S. Second St., Mankato. Hours: Noon to 4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and 4-8 p.m. Thursday.

Hillstrom Museum of Art, St. Peter — “Hena Unikiksuyapi: In Commemoration of the Dakota Mass Execution of 1862” Monday through Feb. 8 in the lower level of C.
