It’s time the state starts making money to fund many of the “wants” and help fund some “needs.” By passing the racino bill, it would do just that.
It would create jobs and property taxes, and the list would go on as the new jobs and filling existing jobs will be all over, not just in one area of the state.
It’s time government lets business people do what they do best. The profits, with no risk to the state, would help fill the budget loss/shortfalls.
