Your View: Keep Barry Anderson on state Supreme Court

I write this letter in support of Minnesota Supreme Court Justice G. Barry Anderson’s candidacy for re-election.

I have known him since our days at Mankato High School and at law school. You might remember him from seeing him on TV during his service on the panel that reviewed each and every ballot during the Franken⁄Coleman recount.

Barry (He’s an informal guy and would probably prefer being called “Barry” than “Justice Anderson”) was a very smart student in high school, a very smart law student and has been an exceptional justice.

He is fair and even handed to all who appear before him. Even though he holds a very distinguished position, he has not forgotten his Mankato roots.

I urge you to vote for him.
