In 2009, the state of South Dakota passed an informed consent law, that was approved by United States Federal Judge Karen Schneier, regarding abortions.
The abortionist must disclose to the pregnant woman, “The abortion will terminate the life of a whole, separate, unique, living human being.”
Such a law in Minnesota would save the lives of many babies because some mothers would then say “no” to abortion.
To pass such a law in Minnesota more candidates like Al DeKruif and Glenn Gruenhagen need to be elected to the state Legislature in November.
