Your View: Mayor should resign, get help

— John Brady should have thought before getting into the car while under the influence — three times the legal limit.

A tragedy in the family is no excuse for such behavior.

He was elected mayor of Mankato, it is his job to lead first and foremost. As mayor, he represents the citizens of Mankato.

Has he considered the consequences when doing this under the influence?

A drunk driver killed our 19-year-old son. One is never the same.

He should resign his mayor position and get help for his problem and do it before it is too late.
