Your View: Whirlpool cuts both costs and customers
Whirpool Corp. recently announced it will close its refrigerator factory in Evansville, Ind., by next year and eliminate 1,100 jobs.
They are moving production to Mexico to cut costs.
The way I see it — that’s 1,100 fewer potential customers to purchase their product.
