On behalf of the 46 million Americans (15.3 percent of 300 million), who have no health insurance, I wish to sincerely thank Congressman Walz for courageously voting for the health care plan in the U.S. House of Representatives.
He is an honorable veteran who is fighting for those in need and has listened well to our tales of catastrophic illnesses, refusals of coverage, etc. afflicting people across the nation, including Minnesota.
I “take off my hat” to you in respect and appreciation.

Recent opinion polls show that less than one-third of Americans have a favorable opinion of Mitt Romney, and almost half, 49 percent, have an unfavorable opinion — a number that skyrocketed 15 percentage points in one month, according to a January ABC News/Washington Post poll.
