MANKATO — Assault charges are being requested for a man who allegedly shot a long gun in a LeHillier mobile home court before pointing it at a man.
A woman called 911 at 4:19 p.m. Tuesday to report a man had fired a gun while on her property at Riverbed Estates. The gunman then pointed the gun at a neighbor who came out to yell at him, Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Department report said.
Bryan Allen Harness, 31, of Mankato was taken into custody without incident after he was found hiding in a garage at the mobile home park. He was taken to the detox center in New Ulm.
