A 61-year-old West St. Paul man died Sunday in a one-car accident near Frost.
The State Patrol said Thomas Blum lost control of his vehicle on I-90, entered the median and rolled over several times. The accident happened about 3:40 a.m.
A passenger, Joseph Blum, 29, of West St. Paul, received a non-life-threatening injury.
