NORTH MANKATO — There was something for just about everyone who attended the Blues on Belgrade music festival Saturday as the sounds of traffic were replaced by the beat of music.
Besides the good music, there were kid’s activities, craft displays, plenty of food and cold beverages.
About the only thing in short supply was cool shade in the middle of the usually busy street after the Business on Belgrade Association and the city of North Mankato closed off the 200-300 block of Belgrade Avenue to car traffic for the annual event.
