MANKATO — MANKATO — A snow emergency goes into effect noon today (Feb. 9).
When a snow emergency is declared, parking is not allowed on Mankato streets.
People may only park on the street once the street is cleared of snow, curb-to-curb, the entire length of the block.
The only exception is where streets are posted “seasonal no parking” (which only affects a small amount of streets in the city).
Highway 93 reopened.
