MANKATO — A 20-year-old Mankato man was arrested for assault Sunday after he allegedly threatened his neighbors with a knife.
Police were called to the 1600 block of Warren Street at about 1:51 a.m. Sunday after neighbors reported they had been threatened by Darin Michael Brand. They reported Brand had brandished a knife and threatened them during an altercation.
Police are requesting charges of second-degree assault for Brand.
