ELYSIAN — Authorities have released the name of 27-year-old the driver who died when his Chevy Silverado crossed the center line and collided with a semi truck Thursday morning on Elysian Lake Road in Waseca County.
Cody T. Flitter of Mankato was driving a 2003 Silverado south on Elysian Lake Road when it collided with a northbound 1990 Peterbilt at about 6:30 a.m., according to the state patrol.
The semi was partially on the shoulder of the road at the time of impact.
The truck driver, Timothy LIttle, 55 of Faribault, suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to the patrol. Both vehicles were listed as total losses.
