Panda Express planning Mankato restaurant

MANKATO — Panda Express, an Asian restaurant chain, is planning a 42-seat restaurant with a drive-up at the corner of Madison Avenue and Raintree Road.

Site plan documents for the project have been filed with the city. A public meeting of the Mankato Site Plan Committee regarding the projecs is 6:30 p.m. Aug. 22.
