An Eagle Lake man was arrested after a high-speed chase near Hutchinson Wednesday.
Phillip J. Boyer, 30, was clocked going 85 mph in a 40-mph zone just before 10 a.m., the State Patrol said. A trooper initiated a pursuit but reported that Boyer refused to stop.
Boyer sped through Hutchinson βat dangerous speeds,β the patrol said. He reportedly rear-ended one car β which resulted in minor injuries to a Hutchinson man β and finally stopped after sideswiping a semi.
