HENDERSON — Fair food has always been popular. Whether you’re trying to eat healthy or not, there always seems to be a booth that has just what your taste buds are looking for.
The Waseca County Fair is no different. In fact, it’s one of the best in terms of food volume and variety. Booths as far as the eye can see peddle everything from fresh fruit cups to pulled pork sandwiches and fried, cut potatoes on a stick.
Not to be outdone in the gastronomic vastness of the fair’s food choices is the 4-H building, which not only has a variety of tasty treats but serves them up in air-conditioned comfort.
