GERMAN LAKE — A 19-year-old rural Waseca man suffered serious neck injuries in a diving accident Wednesday on German Lake.
Le Sueur County Sheriffs Department responded to a report of an individual that was injured after he dove off the dock located at a cabin on German Lake about 1:10 p.m. Wednesday.
Cooper Tenney had dove off a dock into shallow water, deputies said. After a very short period of time he was brought to the surface by people that were on the scene and he was deemed to be unresponsive and in full arrest. CPR was administered on scene.
Tenney was in critical condition Thursday afternoon at Marys Hospital in Rochester.
