MANKATO —
Beginning Thursday afternoon, the River Valley Tactical Response team is training in downtown Mankato at the building on Second and Walnut streets on the latest rescue techniques.
The River Valley Tactical Response team responds to crisis situations that can require specialized equipment and tactics. This team is a partnership of law enforcement professionals from the cities of Mankato, North Mankato and St. Peter and counties of Blue Earth and Nicollet.
