MANKATO — A 28-year-old Eagle Lake man was arrested just at about 12:15 a.m. Sunday after he allegedly hit another man in the face with a beer mug.
The incident was reported by an employee at South Street Station, a bar on Front Street. The employee reported one man had used his beer mug to break another man’s beer mug, then hit the same man in the face.
When police arrived, Steven Carl Kamm was being detained at Chopper’s Bar, a neighboring bar where he had run to after the alleged assault. The victim was a 27-year-old man from Shakopee.
