MANKATO — One man was arrested and another is facing possible charges for allegedly selling cocaine to a Minnesota River Valley Drug Task Force investigator.
Richard Jon Ruch, 21, of North Mankato, was arrested in North Mankato Tuesday. Investigators are requesting a charge of first-degree conspiracy to sell a controlled substance, which is a felony. Another suspect, who wasn’t named Tuesday, also is facing charges.
Ruch is accused of selling a half ounce of cocaine to the drug task force agent during the past month, a Mankato Department of Public Safety news release said. Mankato police officers assisted with the investigation.
