MANKATO —
A 61-year-old Prior Lake woman was taken to the hospital with
non-life threatening injuries after crashing her motorcycle on Highway 169
Saturday morning.
Janice A. Penney was traveling south on the highway when she hit a concrete
median barrier near the Veteran¹s Memorial Bridge. She flipped over the
barrier and landed on the shoulder of the northbound side of the highway, a
Minnesota State Patrol report said.
The crash was reported at about 10:30 a.m. Penney was wearing a helmet and
alcohol was not detected, the report said.
