Courtland man injured in farm accident

COURTLAND — A 34-year-old Courtland man was seriously injured Sunday in a farm accident in Courtland Township, a Nicollet County Sheriff's Department report said.

Darin Drill was moving an unhitched wagon when he slipped on gravel and was run over by the wagon. Sheriff's deputies and an ambulance crew were called to the farm at about 2:45 p.m.

Drill was airlifted from the scene with head and chest injures. The courtland Fire Department and New Ulm ambulance assisted at the scene.
