— The Greater Mankato Business Awards & Hall of Fame winners have been announced by Greater Mankato Growth and the Convention & Visitors Bureau.
The honorees are:
Distinguished Business Award Recipient: LIV Aveda Salon & Spa.
Business Hall of Fame Inductees: Abdo, Eick & Meyers and Mankato Independent Originals.
Brian Fazio Business Education Partnership Award: YWCA Girls on the Run.
Young Professional of the Year: Nicole Schroeder.
Volunteer of the Year: Joy Kelley.
Hospitality Award: Wow! Zone.
Bring it Home Award: Laurapalooza.
CVB Volunteers of the Year: DeeDra Vosburg, Chris Schull and Chris Dehning.
City Center Partnership CityDesign Awards of Excellence:
Renovation under $1 million: Number 4 American Bar & Kitchen (Owners: Christopher Person, Patrick Person & Natasha OÕHara; Architect: Paulsen Architects).
Renovation $1-$3 million: The Graif Building (Owner: Neubau Holdings; Architect: Paulsen Architects).
New Construction $2-5 million: MinnStar Bank (Owner: MinnStar Bank; Architect: R.L. Engebretson Architects).
New Construction over $5 million: Hilton Garden Inn (Owners: Curt Fisher and Bruce Paradis; Architect: Paulsen Architects).

The awards will be given out at an event from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Nov. 16 at the Verizon Wireless Center.
