UPDATE: Hwy. 169 southbound reopens

flooding closed lanes Saturday

— The southbound lanes of Highway 169 between St. Peter and Mankato reopened Sunday afternoon after being closed Saturday.

Saturday's rainfall and frozen culverts caused minor flooding on the highway and a small mudslide added to problems Saturday.

Tonight's forecast calls for the possibility of snow of less than an inch to a few inches.
