No charges sought in teen's shooting
BRICELYN — No charges are expected in a shooting that critically wounded a 15-year-old boy in southern Minnesota.
The boy was shot Tuesday near Bricelyn. He remains in critical but stable condition at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester.
Authorities say a 19-year-old was holding a gun when it went off, hitting the 15-year-old in the head.
The sheriff says the shooting was accidental, and the gun was not locked up.
