Local restaurateurs Patrick and Christopher Person and Natasha O'Hara will open a new restaurant in downtown Mankato's historic Landkamer Building on Tuesday.
Number 4 American Bar and Kitchen will feature a diverse menu and be open Monday through Friday 11 a.m. to 1 a.m and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. The Number 4 will feature "high quality cuisine from North, South, East and West" according to the parent company Mankato Independent Originals. It will have an original wine and cocktail menu as well.
The Persons and O'Hara also own and operate Tav on the Ave, Neighbors Italian Bistro and DINO's Pizzeria and Absolute Custom Catering.
"We are very excited to offer Greater Mankato another place to socialize and dine locally," said co-owner Patrick Person in a written statement. "This restaurant gives the community something new and fresh right in the heart of the City Center and historic downtown Mankato."
