MANKATO — The condition of the 64-year-old Savage man injured Monday when his car was hit by semi tractor on Highway 169 has improved from critical to serious condition.
Jeffrey L. Wagner was taken to Immanuel St. Joseph’s Hospital after the crash, which was reported at 9:25 a.m. Monday near the Kiwanis Recreation Area and Dog Park. Wagner was crossing the northbound lanes attempting to turn south when the collision occurred.
