Minnesota Highway 93 and Sibley County Road 8 near Le Sueur have reopened to traffic.
The Highway 169 overpass that carries Highway 93 and Sibley County Road 8 was damaged when it was struck by large equipment last week. Traffic control (signs, lighting and barriers) were installed to keep traffic from traveling over the outside beam.
Highway 169 northbound was opened late last week after the beam was encased. Mn/DOT staff are readying plans and a contract to replace the damaged beam yet this winter.
