MANKATO —
A power outage on Madison Avenue is affecting about 25 Xcel Energy customers, including Walmart and Sam's Club.
The cause of the outage, which began about 1:45 p.m. today, has not yet been determined.
Power has been restored to about 12 customers, an Xcel representative said
