Jared E. Weckwerth

—   Jared E. Weckwerth, age 19 of Janesville, died Tuesday, September 11, 2012 in Janesville Township, Waseca County, from injuries sustained in a farming accident.

  Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 16th at 2:00 P.M. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Janesville with Rev. Dr. Larry Griffin, officiating.  

  Visitation will be held on Saturday from 3 to 8 P.M. at Arnoldt-McRaith Funeral Home & Crematory in Janesville, and will continue on Sunday afternoon for one hour prior to services, at church.

  Jared Ernest was born April 10, 1993 in Hopkins, Minnesota.  Jared was baptized at Trinity Lutheran Church in Faribault, and attended Faribault Lutheran Schools.  He was confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church in Janesville, attended Trinity Lutheran School, and graduated in 2011 from Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton High School.  Jared had just started his 2nd year studying Ag. Service Technician at South Central College in Mankato.  Jared enjoyed fixing cars and motorcycles, and loved working in and learning more about farming.  

  He is survived by his mother, Julie Weckwerth and his twin brother Jordan, of Janesville; by his maternal grandparents, Stanley and Nancy (Kelm) Weckworth of Faribault; by his uncle, Robert Weckwerth of Madelia.

  He was preceded in death by his uncle, Jason Weckwerth.
