Hannah Nicole Gamble

—  Hannah Nicole Gamble, age 17, of Eagle Lake, died Wednesday, January 16, 2013, as the result of an automobile accident.

 Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 21, 2013, at Hillside Church in Mankato, with Rev. Mark Miltimore officiating.  Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Monday.  Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery in South Hill, Virginia.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Hillside Church Youth Group.  Mankato Mortuary handled the arrangements.

   Hannah was born on August 24, 1995, in Nashville, TN.  She was the daughter of Richard Gamble and June Simmons.  Hannah attended school in Hillsboro, NC, and moved to the Mankato area in 2010.  She was currently a junior at St. Clair High School, where she participated in choir, FCCLA, and was on the school golf team.  Hannah also participated in the Hillside Church Youth Group.  She was employed with Culvers in Mankato.  Hannah enjoyed golfing, camping, going to movies, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.

  Hannah is survived by her father, Richard (Heather) Gamble of Eagle Lake; mother, June Gamble of South Hill, VA; two brothers, Richard (Laura) Gamble Jr. of Conway, SC and Brian Gamble of Gastonia, NC; three sisters, Allison (Brad) Hogan of Gastonia, NC and Taylor and Megan Juliar of Eagle Lake; one nephew, Gibson and two nieces, Kaylee and Zoey; paternal grandparents, Kenneth (Sue) Gamble of Dallas, NC and Carol Gamble of Gastonia, NC; maternal grandmother, Nancy Simmons of South Hill, VA; grandparents, Terry and Marilyn Bunny Erickson of Rapidan; great-grandmother, Pauline Capen of Pawtucket, RI; also many aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

  She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, John Simmons.
