Throughout his life, Glenn enjoyed many activities with friends and family. Among them were golfing, fishing, reading, and casino-outings with "the gang". He never gave up his love for farming and continued to windshield farm when taking a drive in the country.
Glenn's love of family was evident in the time he spent with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Last winter, Glenn dreamed what he thought might be an impossible dreamhe wanted to see all of this family together and watch his fifteen great-grandchildren play together. His dream came true in June when all family members celebrated his 90th birthday at the Lake Crystal Area Recreation Center. It was an amazing day for all.
Glenn is survived by his three daughters, Barb (Dan) Thornton of Lakeville, MN, Roxie (Dana) Benbow of Budd Lake, New Jersey, and Sharry (Wayne) Becklin of Elk River, MN; ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; sister, Caryl (Mike) Rand of Marion, SD; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
