Audrie Biedscheid

—   Audrie Biedscheid, age 87 of Mankato, died Friday, August 17, 2012 at Laurels Peak Rehabilitation Center.

  Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.  Landkamer Johnson-Boman Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.

  Audrie Mae was born July 26, 1925 to John and Clara (Randby) Rentz in St. James.  In 1948, she was united in marriage to Clem Biedscheid.  Audrie was a member of the Bethlehem Lutheran Church and the VFW Post #950 Ladies Auxiliary. She was a great seamstress and enjoyed knitting and reading.

  Audrie is survived by her two sons:  John "Pat" (Marilyn) Biedscheid and Jerry (Judy) Biedscheid; three grandsons:  Bryon (Jennifer) Biedscheid and their daughter, Olive, Brett (friend, Tasha Schmidt) Biedscheid, and Paul (Danielle) Biedscheid and their daughter, Callie; brother-in-law, Vic Biedscheid; sister-in-law, Alvera "Pete" (Harvey) Brooks; and many nieces and nephews.

  Audrie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clem; and her brother.
