Lois June Wibstad-Tolzmann

  Lois June Wibstad-Tolzmann, age 82, of Lake Crystal, formerly of Gaylord, passed away Friday, August 17, 2012, at her daughter's home in Lake Crystal, MN.

  Funeral Service will be Wednesday, August 22, 2012, 11:00 A.M. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gaylord with Reverend Fredric Hinz officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

  Visitation will be Wednesday, August 22, 2012, 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gaylord.

  Lois June (Moyer) Wibstad-Tolzmann was born on December 25, 1929, in Tower City, PA. She was the daughter of Edward and Minerva (Schoffstall) Moyer.  Lois was baptized as an infant in the Methodist faith in Tower City, PA. She received her education in Tower City.

  On March 13, 1945, Lois was united in marriage to Raymond Wibstad in Tower City, PA. After their marriage, the couple moved to a farm near Brandon, Minnesota, where they farmed. They moved around a lot and finally settled in Gaylord. Lois was employed at Fingerhut in Gaylord as a seamstress, retiring in 1980. Lois and Ray were blessed with four children, and shared 31 years of marriage before Ray passed away on February 11, 1977.

  On June 30, 1984, Lois was united in marriage to Marvin Tolzmann at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gaylord. After their marriage, the couple lived in Cleveland, MN, and then moved to Lake Crystal, MN, where she resided until her death.

  Lois was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gaylord and the Legion Auxiliary in Minnesota Lake, MN.

  Lois enjoyed camping, knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, playing cards and dancing. She especially loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Blessed be her memory.

  Lois is survived by her husband, Marvin Tolzmann of New Prague, MN; children, Raymond Wibstad, Jr. and his wife, Peggy of Nicollet, MN, Leland Wibstad of Nisswa, MN, Ronald Wibstad and his wife, Bonita of Hutchinson, MN, and Nancy Couden and her husband, Ryan of Lake Crystal, MN; 8 grandchildren, Corey Wibstad, Jody Wibstad, Jesse Wibstad, Benjamin Wibstad, Mason Wibstad, Nathan Wibstad, Cassandra (Wibstad) Holtz, Samantha Wibstad; 13 Great-Grandchildren; sister, Marion Moyer of PA; brother, Edward Moyer, Jr. of PA; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

  Lois was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Minerva Moyer; husband, Raymond Wibstad, Sr.; siblings, Herry Moyer, Helen Brown and her husband, Charlie, Freida Wolffe, Leitrus "Mary" Klinger; and granddaughter, Amanda Wibstad.
