Fisher, Ruth Bergliot

— Fisher, Ruth Bergliot of Minneapolis, formerly of Robbinsdale, passed away November 12, 2012.  She so badly wanted to make it to 100 years, but died just shy of that at age 99-1/2.  Preceded in death by her husband, Sam; son, Stephen; and parents, Ole and Bertha Swan.  Ruth is survived by daughter, Barbara Gustafson Carpenter (Richard); son, Curtis Fisher (Debbie); 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.  A "Celebration of Almost 100 Years" will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, November 19, 2012 at Washburn-McReavy Hillside Chapel, 2610 - 19th Avenue NE, Minneapolis.  Visitation will be held Sunday 3-7 PM. and one hour prior to service.  Interment Hillside Cemetery.  Memorials may be directed to the Zuhrah Shrine Women's Auxiliary on behalf of the Minneapolis Shrine Children's Hospital, or donor's choice.
