Barbara Jean Gunderson

— Barbara Jean Gunderson, age 78, passed peacefully at her home in rural Kasota surrounded by her loving family on February 28th. Services will be held Monday March 4th at Kasota Presbyterian Church, 12:30 PM, visitation held Sunday March 3rd at St. Peter Funeral Home  Klein Chapel 2 -5 pm and one hour prior to services Monday.

 Barbara was born November 29, 1934, to Fred J. and Nora (Backhaus) Lavitschke in Mankato, MN. She graduated from Mankato High School in 1952. August 1, 1953, Barbara married Clinton C. Gunderson of rural Kasota MN.

 Barbara is survived by her husband Clinton, daughter Belinda  (Stephen) Haefner, sons , Steven ( Cathy), Tim ( Stacy ), Jeff ( Tara ), brother Dean ( Jo ) Lavitschke, sisters, Marilyn ( Bernard ) Scheurer, Rose(Tom) Goettl, 10 Grand Children, 8 Great Grand Children. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 Grand Child and 1 Great  Grand  Child.

 Barbara will be missed by those who were blessed to know her. Her love, kindness and devotion to her family and friends will never be forgotten. Our love follows her.
