Leila E. Lentz

— Leila E. Lentz, age 100, of Mankato, died on Thursday, March 14, 2013, at her home.

 A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at Redeemer Lutheran Church in rural Mankato with Rev. Collette Broady Preiss officiating.  Visitation will be on Tuesday from 11-1 at the church.  Burial will be at Union Cemetery in Mapleton.  Mankato Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

 Leila was born on May 18, 1912, in Belle Plaine to Milton and Martha (Bartch) Ochs.  On May 5, 1933, Leila was united in marriage to Wesley Lentz.

 Leila is survived by her two daughters, Rosalie (Marv) Kinghorn and Judy Lentz; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; and two sisters.

 Leila was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wesley; son, Charles; grandson, Jared Dick; six brothers; and four sisters.

 Leila's family would like to thank Mayo Clinic Health System Hospice - Mankato for their wonderful care.
