Annabelle Ruth (Nickerson) King

— Annabelle Ruth (Nickerson) King succumbed to old age at 90 on February 25, 2013, in hospice care at Temperance Lake Ridge Senior Living, Sherburn, MN.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2013, at 2:00 pm at the Truman Church of Christ with fellowship to follow.  Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service in the church.  Arrangements are being handled by Zaharia Family Funeral & Cremation Service of Truman.

  She was preceded in death by her parents Stan and Mary Nickerson; husband Robert King; son Robert Clark Geri; sister Ellen Whitrock and brothers Russell and Edgar Nickerson.  She is survived by son Greg (Dianne) King; daughters Annette (Drew Gesell) King and Karen King; daughter-in-law Docia Geri; grandchildren Heather (Ned) Hodgson; Jennifer (Tom Dixon) McGill; Anne Geri (Brian) Butcher; Spencer King and Calvin King; great grandchildren Cassie, Hanna, Davi, Joel, Ethan, Charlotte and Elizabeth; nieces, nephews and many dear friends.  

  The family wishes to thank the compassionate staff at Temperance Lake Ridge for the excellent loving care she and her family received during her short stay there as well as all of the hospice nurses providing care and counsel in her final days.

  Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.  Condolences may be sent to Zaharia Family Funeral & Cremation Service, 102 E. Ciro St., Truman, MN 56088.
