Barbara Ann Robideaux

— Barbara Ann Robideaux, age 59, resident of Brainerd, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012, at her home.

  She was born on Jan. 19, 1953, in Mankato to Orvis and Marilyn Juliar.

  Barb was employed at Essentia Heath-St. Joseph's Medical Center, Brainerd, as a nurse.  She was currently employed at Ascensus.  Barb was a member of Park United Methodist Church in Brainerd.

  She was an avid kayaker, hiker and nature-lover and was part of a local kayaking club.  Barb was happiest being outdoors.

  Survivors include her husband, Mark Robideaux; two daughters, Kelly Humphrey and Molly Humphrey; three step-children, Jacob, Luke and Jamie Robideaux; one grandson, Henry; her parents, Orvis and Marilyn Juliar; a brother, Steve Juliar; and a sister, Nancy Parkins.

  Services were Friday, Nov. 2, 2012, at Park United Methodist Church in Brainerd with Pastor Brenda King officiating.  Visitation was held on Thursday at the Nelson-Doran Funeral Home in Brainerd.
