   Gary A. Miller, age 51, died Monday, October 22, 2012, at St. Joseph's Hospital in St. Paul.

  A Celebration of Gary's life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 26, 2012, at Mankato Mortuary.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

  Gary was born on May 24, 1961, in Mankato.  He was the son of Allan and Betty (Knowles) Miller.  Gary attended school in Garden City and Mankato.  He was employed with Mincor.  Gary enjoyed making jewelry, leather tooling, hunting, and his animals, especially his doberman.

 Gary is survived by his daughter, Jessica Casey of Fridley; granddaughter, Avery Beyah; two sisters, Tracey (special friend, Jeffrey Schulz) Simmons of Mankato and Tammala (Troy) Hinrichs of Lakefield; brother, Troy (Kim) Miller of St. Peter; nieces and nephews, Kimberley Gendron, Nicole, Brandon, and Zachary Hinrichs, Allen and Max Miller; step-family, Carol Devlaeminck, Linda Brown, Craig Nielsen, Peggy Nielsen, and Cheryl Nielsen; and also aunts, uncles, other family and friends.

  He was preceded in death by his parents; infant sister, Kimberley; brother, Rodney; and niece, Kayla.
