Larry G. Morris

—   Larry G. Morris, age 75 of Mankato, died Saturday, July 21, 2012 at Oaklawn Health Care Center.

  Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at Woodland Hills Memorial Park.  Landkamer Johnson-Boman Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.

  Larry Gene was born August 27, 1936 to Claude and Inga (Madsen) Morris in Madelia.  On May 2, 1959, he married Nancy Mammenga.  Larry retired after 30 years from Dotson Foundry.

  Larry is survived by his son, Greg's children: Angela (Garrett) Melchior and Elizabeth Morris; his daughter:  Kelly (Boyd) Staloch and their children: Dustin, Darrin and Kaitlin Staloch; his son: Jeff (Nell) Morris and their children: Jared and Macinzi Morris; siblings: Carolyn Williams, Shirley (Leo) Gingras and Maxine (Lyle) Gifferson; mother-in-law, Esther Mammenga and brother-in-law, Donald Mammenga.

  Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy; son, Greg; brother, Darol "Bud" and half-brothers: Orvel and Ted Morris.
