Lynn Engel

— JUNCTION CITY - Lynn Engel of Junction City, died Nov. 1 of complications from cancer. He was 62. A memorial service is planned for November 10 at 2:00 pm at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Eugene.

  He was born Dec. 2, 1949, in Mankato, MN, to Roland and Elnor (Juberien) Engel. He married Phyllis Jean Menk on Oct. 10, 1969, in St. Peter, MN.

 Lynn attended Gustavus Adolphus College and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree from the Oregon Institute of Technology. Lynn's early career was dairy farming and truck driving. Lynn found his passion in life later as a certified photogrammetrist. At his time of passing, He was a part owner of 3DI West in Eugene.

  Survivors include his wife, Phyllis, two sons, Brian J. Engel and wife Laci of Sherwood, OR, and Jason L Engel and wife Melissa of Granada, MN; a daughter, Sara Kristin Engel of Eugene, OR; three brothers, Steve Engel and wife Sue of LaPorte, MN, Wayne Engel and wife Karen of Kennewick, WA, and Paul Engel and wife Marie of Nicollet, MN; and five grandchildren.

  Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. Remembrances to Junction City Athletes Soccer Program, Territorial Preschool/Daycare, or Cascade Health Solutions/Hospice in lieu of flowers.  Condolences may be made online to www.musgroves.com.
