Rachael Christine Schlingmann 23, was called home to our Lord on August 10th 2012. in Rochester. Rachael was born September 21st 1988 at Olmsted Medical Hospital in Rochester.
Rachael graduated from John Marshall High School in 2007 and was active in cheerleading, school plays, playing the violin, gymnastics, loved reading, music, concerts, journaling, writing poems, and enjoyed French.
Her goal was to be a journalist or a psychiatrist She studied at RCTC.
She is survived by her mother Sharon A. Schlingmann Rochester, aunts and uncles Randy Schlingmann (Debbie) Mankato, Gregory Schlingmann (Tatiana) Mankato, Rodney Schlingmann (Gina) Forest City, IA, Marica Schlingamnn, Jeffers, god daughter Mc Kenzie, and many cousins
She is also survived by her father Gregory R.Sharp (Mary) Kansas, grandmother Doris Sharp Kansas, and many other relatives.
Preceded in death by her grandfather Gerald H Schlingmann, grandmother Margaret M Schlingmann, and her aunt Linda M Blomgren (Schlingmann)
A funeral mass will be held Thursday, August 16, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. at Pax Christi Catholic Church with Father Joe Fogal officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 15, 2012 from 4-8 pm at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Home and 1 hr prior to the mass Thursday at church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery Rochester, MN.
