Karen Marie Noble

  Karen Marie Noble passed away at Mankato Mayo Hospital on December 25th at the age of 65. Karen was born on October 23rd, 1947, in St.Peter to Richard and Vi Burns (Schwichtenburg). She grew up on the Homesteaded Burns farm in Cleveland township  LeSueur County. Karen graduated from Cleveland High School where her talent in theater earned her a nomination for a scholarship to the University of Minnesota from Sir Guthrie. Karen married Wallace Noble in 1967 and the couple had four children. Katie and Sam Staub of Henderson, Nikki and Scott VanOverbeke of LeCenter, Laddie and special friend Cindy of Cleveland and Chad. In addition to raising her family Karen was employed as a waitress at the Greenland Supper Club, worked at ADC communications in St.Peter and WindCo in LeCenter. Karen enjoyed the simple things in life, a meal with her family, reading a good book, watching scary movies, and most of all the pets she shared her life with. Karen was preceded in death by her parents, Rich and Vi, her husband Wally and her beloved son Chad. A celebration of her life will be held at the St. Peter Funeral Home ~ Klein Chapel in St. Peter on Saturday December 29th from 4pm to 5:30pm.
