Mildred Bohrer, 87, of Mankato, passed away Thursday, November 19, 2009 at Banner Baywood Medical Center in Mesa, AZ.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at St. John The Baptist Catholic Church, Mankato, MN. Visitation is 4 to 7 p.m., Monday, November 30 at Woodland Hills Funeral Home and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to Echo Food Shelf, Salvation Army, or Blue Earth-Nicollet County Humane Society (BENCHS).
Milly was born on September 23, 1922. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen “Speed” Bohrer. Milly is survived by her children, Sue (Dave) Malmberg, Jim, Tom (Martha), John (Tamie), Beth (Bryon) Patterson; 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and special friend, Chuck McLaughlin.
